• Generate Quotes with multiple carriers

• Followup, Support and consult clients on insurance

• Seek and Develop new clientele

Job Responsibilities

• Service our clients to maintain a high level of client retention and product options  

• Process all administrative functions required for client policies from the point of sale through to the point of an issued and enforced policy. This includes but is not limited to completing paperwork, contacting mortgage companies, following up on client payments, cancellations, applications and endorsements, policy change requests and answering phone calls

• Utilize Windows-based applications or tools  to maintain client records and process policy requirements
